The Endangered Landscapes Programme is hiring

The Endangered Landscapes Programme is currently advertising four new opportunities to join their expanding management team in Cambridge, UK: a full-time Programme Manager and Programme Administrator, and a part-time Capacity and Network Coordinator and Communications Coordinator.
The closing date for all four vacancies is 4 February 2021.
One of the priority areas of collaboration within CCI’s Five Year Plan is to focus on the restoration of ecosystems and landscapes for the benefit of biodiversity. To this end and thanks to the generosity of Arcadia, the charitable fund of Lisbet Rausing and Peter Baldwin, CCI has established the $63 million Endangered Landscapes Programme (ELP) for restoring landscapes in Europe.
The vacancies are as follows:
Programme Manager (full-time)
The Programme Manager will work closely with the Programme Director to develop and promote the Endangered Landscapes Programme. The role holder will be responsible for the successful and efficient management of components of the ELP, including the supervision, coordination and review of all grantee contracts and projects.

Capacity and Network Coordinator (part-time)
The Capacity and Network Coordinator is responsible for the strategic development of the ELP’s network and capacity building activities, leading on the identification of capacity-building needs, and coordinating the design of tools and actions to support this. The role holder will be tasked with coordinating and strengthening a network of engaged grantees and alumni, to ensure the success of the programme and the building of an active and dynamic system for more effective landscape restoration.

Communications Coordinator (part-time)
The Communications Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the communications of the Endangered Landscapes Programme. This will include leading on the development of the ELP Communications Strategy, managing the production of impactful content across various platforms, and ensuring successful engagement with the programme’s brand, both internally and externally.

Programme Administrator (full-time)
The Programme Administrator will support the efficient and smooth running of the Endangered Landscapes Programme, working closely with the Programme Director and Programme Manager. They will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the ELP and its committees, ensuring accurate programme records are kept and successfully managing the portfolio of grants and contracts. The Programme Administrator will act as first point of contact for the ELP and must maintain successful working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The role holder will also be responsible for the financial administration of the programme, as well as supporting the arrangement of various events hosted by the ELP.
