Job advert: Facilities Assistant, David Attenborough Building

CCI Services Ltd are looking for an enthusiastic Facilities Assistant to support the Facilities Manager in maintaining a vibrant central Cambridge Campus, composed of over 400 staff from ten organisations. Together, these organisations form the Cambridge Conservation Initiative (CCI), the world’s largest cluster of nature conservation organisations. The CCI is a unique collaboration between the University of Cambridge and leading internationally-focused biodiversity conservation institutions. The Campus is housed within the David Attenborough Building (named in recognition of Sir David’s pioneering work in bringing the wonders of the natural world to a global audience).
The successful candidate will assist with maintaining a wide range of facilities and attend to daily tasks including addressing service requests from building users, providing frontline support for events and workshop, troubleshooting, tea point servicing, cleaning, logistical support, meeting room set-up, and helping to solve AV problems.
