This webinar addresses on the completing Endangered Landscapes and Seascapes Programme (ELSP) Advancing Restoration Knowledge grant, ‘Solutions Through Sound’, which has sought to develop and identify metrics from Passive Acoustic Monitoring (PAM) to best assess changes in biodiversity post-restoration. Specifically, they attempted to identify opportunities for combining traditional survey and PAM data to enable monitoring of robust species trends.

They will provide recommendations for new projects interested in using PAM for long-term monitoring, and present case studies of existing ELSP projects that have already been using it. We will hear from Adham Ashton-Butt of the BTO, and several ELSP projects on their experiences using PAM.
