Background

My area of work includes engaging with safeguards and standards of international financial institutions, as well as working to promote biodiversity-friendly sustainable energy infrastructure, and international conventions. I am fascinated by nature conservation and committed to enhancing the link between science and policy, and finding innovative ways to achieve effective biodiversity conservation action and long-term impact.

My previous experience includes working in UNEP-WCMC as a Programme Officer, in the Israeli Ministry of Environmental Protection as a Coordinator of Open Landscape and Biodiversity in the Protection and with Israel’s National Ecosystem Assessment Program. I hold an MPhil in Conservation Leadership from the University of Cambridge, MSc. in Desert Studies from the Blaustein Institute for Desert Studies, Israel and a BSc. In Life Sciences from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
