Background
At FFI I am responsible for supporting the management and development of FFI’s Americas & Caribbean Programme in close collaboration with regional teams and partners and with a strong focus on building organisational and individual capacity and providing technical support in areas including climate change adaptation, ecosystem service assessment and cross-sectoral engagement. My particular interest is in supporting sustainable development and biodiversity conservation through integrated landscape assessment, planning and management.
I hold a PhD in Biodiversity Management and prior to joining FFI in 2009 was involved in field based conservation and ecology projects in sub-Saharan Africa and research at the University of East Anglia, RSPB and Institute of Zoology London.
