Background
Emily Barritt is a Research Associate at the Cambridge Centre for Environment, Energy and Natural Resource Governance (C-EENRG) and a Legal Research and Project Officer at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London. Her PhD thesis was a theoretical analysis of the UNECE Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-Making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters. Dr Barritt read Jurisprudence at Corpus Christi College, Oxford and was called to the bar in 2011. She has been awarded the Academy of European Law Diploma in Human Rights Law.
