With a background in zoology and neuroscience, I have been involved in public engagement in science for over 10 years. I worked at Cambridge Science Centre, a local hands-on science centre, from its beginning in 2013 until 2018. I had great fun designing and writing exhibitions, evolving and delivering a programme of school and public events, and did lots of outreach all over East Anglia. I now work for both CCI and CCF, one of its founding partners, developing a public engagement programme and hoping to get everyone involved in conservation. In my spare time I’m a keen gardener and love yoga, walking, nature and the outdoors in general.
