Background

I am the Science Communications Executive at the RSPB’s national headquarters. I develop, plan and support our conservation science communications. For example, I help bring science content together for media releases, web, social media and internal documents. I work with the communications team and scientists to help raise the profile of our science work to help us meet our strategic aim of being internationally recognised as a centre for excellence in conservation science. I am passionate about conservation and have worked for other wildlife charities including Buglife and the British Trust for Ornithology. I have a BSc Environmental Science, and a post graduate in Biological Recording and Data Management. I have always had a love of natural history, particularly anything to do with bugs.
