Work with CCI: now recruiting a Public Engagement Coordinator

CCI and the Cambridge Conservation Forum (CCF, one of the CCI partners) are currently offering for an exciting new position, to work jointly with both CCI and CCF. The CCI/CCF Public Engagement Coordinator will play a major role in supporting these two unique conservation partnerships to engage the public in conserving the natural world.

CCI and CCF are recruiting for a Public Engagement Coordinator to increase public awareness of conservation issues by developing and delivering an expanded programme of local, national and international events. The role holder will work with colleagues from CCI and CCF to support the development of a strategic approach to public engagement that aims to communicate the importance of biodiversity to the wider public and to catalyse behaviour change. Furthermore, the Public Engagement Coordinator will play a pivotal role in helping CCF to facilitate networking, knowledge exchange and extended collaboration within the wider constituency of conservation organisations in and around Cambridge.

This position will be based in the David Attenborough Building in central Cambridge.
