CCI is recruiting: Facilities Manager, David Attenborough Building, Cambridge

CCI Services Ltd is seeking an energetic and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the facilities within a vibrant central Cambridge office building composed of 400 staff from ten different organisations. Together, these organisations form the Cambridge Conservation Initiative (CCI), the world’s largest cluster of nature conservation organisations (www.cambridgeconservation.org)

The work will involve managing all facilities-related issues for the CCI space which totals c.4,000sq/m over three floors. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for operational issues and will manage a Facilities Assistant. Interested individuals should have an excellent knowledge and understanding of facilities management and at least five years’ experience of managing facilities in a multi-tenanted large office space.
