CCI is looking for a new member of staff to join the team. The CCI Administrator will ensure the smooth running of the Executive Director's Office (EDO) finances and reporting, the managing of the CCI Collaborative Fund, and provide full administrative and logistical support services. Responsibilities of the role will also include supporting CCI Communications where required and maintaining pages on the CCI website, as well as establishing and managing comprehensive databases, monitoring budgets, and helping to coordinate the grants process.
This position will be based in the David Attenborough Building in central Cambridge and works in close collaboration with Cambridge Judge Business School. In particular, the role holder will work with the finance and administration teams based at the School.
Educated to degree level standard or equivalent you will have experience as a senior administrative assistant. In addition, you will have experience of taking minutes, managing small grants, introducing and maintaining office systems, and financial systems. A strong interest in the environment and conservation would be an advantage, and excellent communication skills are essential to be successful in this role. A good working knowledge of office technologies and communication platforms including websites and social media is a pre-requisite for this position.
